Meet John Barnett, CCO, Head of Americas at Decima Digital!
John is a versatile expert with extensive experience overseeing all aspects of professional services, encompassing sales management, operations management, and contract negotiation. He is an expert at developing and implementing strategic business solutions based on company and client’s needs and requirements to ensure successful business objectives.
John Barnett brings over two decades of experience in programs development and implementation, process optimization, revenue growth, and profit margin improvement.
He has most recently held a leadership position at Adobe Company as Director of Commercial Customer Success. He proved himself as an effective leader, capable of building and supervising high-performing teams while efficiently handling product customizations, project management, and technical support across the organization.
As Global Senior Director at Magento, he built a world-class global Service Delivery Team and metrics to strengthen relationships with customers and partners while driving strategic consensus on how to deliver the most significant value to Magento clients.
